Welcome to 360PRODUCTION.SERVICES®. This document is our legally binding contract with you (the "Oasis Agreement"). We have engineered this agreement utilizing neuro-inclusive plain language methodologies to ensure informed consent, avoiding exclusionary legal jargon wherever safely possible.
Our core mission is to spread the Kindness Virus and to hide our own ego to exalt others. Rooted in the legacy values of QWEE, we prioritize equality, absolute acceptance, and the true freedom of expression. By accessing our platforms, collaborating with our teams, or utilizing our technology, you agree to adhere to the behavioral, legal, and technical rules outlined below.

1. The Sanctuary Promise & Operational Conduct
This platform is a designated safe haven. We operate under the immutable truth of "Hearts Not Parts®," providing absolute protection, advocacy, and dignity for the transgender, non-binary, and broader LGBTQIA+ communities. Our ultimate protocol is to protect all: he, she, they. Children—past, present, and future—are our absolute priority, fully included and enveloped within this universal shield from harm and alienation.
To comply with Texas House Bill 20 and federal Section 230 immunities, our moderation algorithms and personnel do not regulate or censor the ideological, political, or religious viewpoints of our users. Instead, we strictly regulate mechanical conduct and operational disruption.
- Radical Kindness & Constructive Dialogue: Cooperative, constructive dialogue is a material condition of access to the Service. You must treat all other creators with baseline human dignity.
- Prohibition of Narcissistic Interference: We define Narcissistic Interference not as a clinical diagnosis, but as a prohibited mechanical action. You are strictly forbidden from engaging in the sustained, targeted devaluation of other users, the manipulation of engagement metrics, or the monopolization of shared digital spaces that silences other participants.
- Zero-Tolerance for Harassment: The targeted transmission of threats, ad hominem attacks, doxxing, or the sustained mechanical harassment of any individual severely degrades the operational integrity of the platform. Hate and evil are permanently blocked at every vortex; engaging in these actions will result in immediate account termination.
Grey Space Incubator
If your actions diverge from our ethos due to misunderstanding rather than malice, we may temporarily transfer your access to Grey Space. We magnify the light of Grey Space as a revolutionary rebel superhero symbol—it is a neutral incubator designed to foster un-learning ego through radical love, education, and acceptance. Willful refusal to elevate out of ego after this period will result in permanent exile.
2. Intellectual Property, Brand Sovereignty & Safe Harbors
We fundamentally reject the exploitative intellectual property practices of traditional tech platforms while fiercely protecting our own sovereign digital architecture.

You maintain 100% ownership of the original narratives, art, and music you create.
Platform Technology
360PRODUCTION.SERVICES® retains exclusive ownership of our proprietary software, logical frameworks, and the Goddess Protocol. The Anti-Exploitation Content License you grant us is strictly limited to the permissions necessary to host and display your project.
Brand Sovereignty & The Iconic Logo
The 360PRODUCTION.SERVICES® name, our iconic circular logo, the "Hearts Not Parts®" mandate, the Goddess Protocol™, and all associated visual trade dress, code modules, and conceptual architectures are the exclusive, sovereign intellectual property of the corporation. You may not replicate, dilute, mint, or misappropriate our iconic logo, branding, or mathematical frameworks without explicit, cryptographically signed authorization. We aggressively protect our visual and conceptual light so we can continue to safely exalt others.
Joint Projects & The Legacy Royalty
We hide our light to exalt yours. A "Joint Project" is exclusively defined as a creative work completed and published through the mutual, co-creative effort of both you and the 360PRODUCTION.SERVICES® team.
For revenue generated specifically from Joint Projects, a fair legacy royalty is established to fund, protect, and elevate the next generation of creatives in our network. This royalty does not apply to independent revenue generated simply by utilizing our web technologies or hosting tools on your own.
Sovereign Data Privacy
We respect your digital autonomy. Your personal data is utilized strictly for necessary operational functionality and security alignment. We will never sell, lease, or weaponize your personal information for third-party targeted advertising or unauthorized behavioral profiling.
DMCA Safe Harbor Protocol
We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed within the Oasis, you may submit a formal takedown notice pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). We will promptly investigate and vaporize infringing content.
3. Child Safety and Age Verification (Texas SB 2420)
The absolute highest priority of our corporation is the protection of all children. We fully comply with the Texas App Store Accountability Act and global child protection mandates.

Using commercially reasonable methods, all users are algorithmically partitioned into specific age tiers (Under 13, 13-15, 16-17, and 18+).

Accounts belonging to users under the age of 18 are placed in a restricted state until cryptographically linked to a verified adult guardian account. Explicit guardian consent is required for application access and purchases.

Manager & Member Exculpation (TBOC §101.401 & §101.200)
Pursuant to Texas statutes governing LLCs, the fiduciary duties and liabilities of our managers, members, and officers are strictly limited and exculpated to the maximum extent permitted by law. Decisions made in good faith to prioritize the Brand Ethos over profit maximization are statutorily protected.
The Mirror Shield (Indemnification)
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 360PRODUCTION.SERVICES®, its LLC members, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal warfare arising directly from your user-generated content, your violation of the Oasis Agreement, or your breach of the Kindness Virus. The Sanctuary Fund shall not be depleted by individual misconduct.
Absolute Right of Termination (Severing the Resonance)
We reserve the absolute, non-negotiable right to suspend, restrict, or permanently sever your access to the Oasis at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability. This includes, but is not limited to, actions that cause frequency misalignment with the Goddess Protocol or present a threat to the community.
"AS-IS" Reality Container & Force Majeure (Warranty Disclaimer)
The Service is provided "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operational perfection. Furthermore, we are not liable for operational disruptions caused by events beyond our quantum control (acts of Gaia, infrastructure failures, or malicious cyber-attacks). The Sanctuary will be restored as swiftly as resonance allows.
Texas DTPA Waiver & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, you waive any rights or remedies under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act (DTPA). In no event shall 360PRODUCTION.SERVICES® or its LLC members be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.
Exclusive Venue, Integration & Jury Waiver
This document constitutes the entire, fully integrated agreement between you and the platform. Any internal entity claims or disputes regarding this Agreement will be resolved exclusively in the Texas Business Court (or Travis County courts). All parties prospectively waive the right to a jury trial. If any specific clause (or mathematical formula) is deemed unenforceable (Severability), it shall be severed, and the remainder of the Goddess Protocol shall remain in absolute effect.
